BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE COMPANY!
Worked a miracle for me. Good guys.
We requested a roll back to take a trailer back with a blow out and they suggested a tire replacement. They replaced the tire with a used tire that didnt work and low on air. They came to service us in a personal car and had nothing to work with. left us on the interstate for over 3 hours. Once the tire didnt work, they still had to bring us the trailer on a roll back and charged us for both when we asked for the roll back in the first place.
If you have a choice to pick another carrier please do so.
Fincham's was on another job but told us exactly when they would be there. I wish we had called them first, it would've saved us money and anxiety.
A&S wasted two hours of our time, so Walmart was closed, we couldn't get a tire until the next day. So it cost us a night in a hotel as well.
My husband called A&S and told him we were stranded motorists on I-79. He said he would check on bringing us a tire, and call us right back. After 30 min. My husband called back, he said he had a couple of different sizes, my husband said he would take one as long as they held air. He said he would call my husband back and let him know if they would work for sure. We waited an hour, it got dark. My husband tried texting and calling him 5 more times. HE NEVER WOULD ANSWER. He only answered when we called him on a different phone number!! He said he had left a message, but he never did! The West Virginia courtesy patrol operator was there for the whole "not answering his phone" thing. He made a report on this horrible customer service.
If anyone is in need of a great towing service I highly recommend this company they were fast efficient and the cost was extremely affordable highly recommend this to everyone
